Perfect lanyards have their common features: Firstly, the lanyard should look nice and touch well. Secondly, the density of yards should be tight. Thirdly, the edges of the weaving products should be modified and trimmed. Fourthly, the printing logo should be clear and sharp. Fifthly the color of lanyard and the logo should be correct made as per pantone chart. Sixthly the stitch should be firm and straigtht.
On the contrary, inferior lanyards also have their comments. The bands don’t look trimmed, the surface doesn’t look equality. The edge of the bands have the shape of dogteeth, the stitch is not straight. And the head of the thread comes out of the bands, the printing logo doesn’t look clearly, the color and luster is not uniformity and the logo can be scraped easily.

For goods weight below 45kg,we usually ship goods by DHL or TNT express service. Shipping from Ningbo to your office takes 4 working days.
For goods weight above 45kg, especially above 100kg,we usually ship by Normal Air. Shipping time from Ningbo to Main airport in Europe and North America takes 7 days.
For big quantity if time is allowed, we could send goods by Sea to save freight. Sea shipping takes about 35 days to main seaport in Europe and North America

For regular printing lanyard, the sample takes 3 days
For regular woven lanyard, the sample takes 8 days
For regular heat transfer print, the sample takes 8 days.
The production time will be depend order quantity, it usually takes 8-30 days depend on different quantity.

Normally, For printing and woven lanyard MOQ is 1000pcs. For heat transfer print, the MOQ is 3000pcs.

Artwork in ai, cdr and pdf in vector format file would be better for us, and jpeg and eps file 150dpi would be OK for us too.

There are three logo imprint method.
1) Silk-screen printing
Screen-printed lanyards are printed with one color each time using a mold. And for each color, we need to open a mold.
2) Jacquard weaving
The design is woven into the strap when the strap is manufactured by high- speed, computer-controlled woven machines.
3) heat transfer printing (sublimation)
Sublimation printing is an offset printing process, which utilizes special dyes. These dyes are printed on paper and transferred onto various substrates using heat transfer equipment.
